NDUFA9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,349 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP4, RIF1, and NIP7. Each is linked with NDUFA9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA9-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA9 versus FKBP4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
