Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,663 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNPO, TMEM43, and VIM. Each is linked with NDUFA9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA9-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA9 versus SYNPO in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
