Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFA9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,846 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle phase transition, Mitotic cell cycle phase transition, and Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with NDUFA9 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA9-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA9 results are reported.
