NDUFA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS28P1, PRAMEF28P, and TUBBP3. Each is linked with NDUFA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA8-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS28P1 grouped by NDUFA8-low versus NDUFA8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
