Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFA4L2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NDUFA4L2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher NDUFA4L2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFA4L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where NDUFA4L2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
