Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA4 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tem, CD8+ T-cells, and CD8+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with NDUFA4 in more than 1 cancer types.
