Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFA3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NDUFA3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher NDUFA3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where NDUFA3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
