NDUFA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,900 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHMP2A, PPP5C, and ARHGAP35. Each is linked with NDUFA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA3-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA3 versus CHMP2A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
