NDUFA3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,953 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TREM1, HMGCS2, and GPD1L. Each is linked with NDUFA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA3-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA3 versus TREM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
