NDUFA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY2EP, NPBWR2, and HNRNPCL4. Each is linked with NDUFA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA3-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY2EP grouped by NDUFA3-low versus NDUFA3-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
