NDUFA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NK cells and MEP. Each is linked with NDUFA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA3-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NK cells grouped by NDUFA3-low versus NDUFA3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
