The most reproducible NDUFA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Androgen receptor signaling pathway, Nuclear receptor-mediated steroid hormone signaling pathway, and Steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with NDUFA3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA3-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA3 results are reported.
