Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFA2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NDUFA2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher NDUFA2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFA2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC are the cancer types where NDUFA2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
