The most reproducible NDUFA13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, Electron transport coupled proton transport, and Oxidative phosphorylation. Each is linked with NDUFA13 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA13-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA13 results are reported.
