Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFA12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NDUFA12 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher NDUFA12 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFA12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD and BLCA are the cancer types where NDUFA12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
