Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL9P13, MATR3P1, and RPL30P9. Each is linked with NDUFA12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA12-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA12 results are reported.
