NDUFA11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,062 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAFB, SAFB2, and HNRNPM. Each is linked with NDUFA11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA11-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA11 versus SAFB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
