NDUFA11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 905 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS10-NUDT3, IGHV1OR15-3, and RNU6-86P. Each is linked with NDUFA11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA11-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS10-NUDT3 grouped by NDUFA11-low versus NDUFA11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
