NDUFA11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFA11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,957 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA11-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBL5, NDUFB7, and MICOS13. Each is linked with NDUFA11 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA11-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA11 versus UBL5 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
