NDUFA11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFA11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,374 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, and [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with NDUFA11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA11-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by NDUFA11-low versus NDUFA11-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
