NDUFA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,148 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPP4, ALDH5A1, and FOLR1. Each is linked with NDUFA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA1 versus DPP4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
