NDUFA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP171, OR51A7, and SUMO2P14. Each is linked with NDUFA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP171 grouped by NDUFA1-low versus NDUFA1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
