NDST3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDST3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,824 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, TRIM2, and RNASEH2B. Each is linked with NDST3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST3-to-partner and partner-to-NDST3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDST3 versus ZYX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
