NDST3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDST3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C2, HTR1A, and OR5V1. Each is linked with NDST3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST3-to-partner and partner-to-NDST3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C2 grouped by NDST3-low versus NDST3-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
