NDRG3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDRG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,749 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDRG3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIFAP3, RPRD1B, and TDRKH. Each is linked with NDRG3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG3-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDRG3 versus KIFAP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDRG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDRG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
