NDRG3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDRG3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,790 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDRG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFS1, PRELID3B, and RPN2. Each is linked with NDRG3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG3-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDRG3 versus NFS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDRG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDRG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
