NDRG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDRG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,634 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDRG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSM10, IRAK1, and NELFB. Each is linked with NDRG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG3-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSM10 grouped by NDRG3-low versus NDRG3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDRG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDRG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
