NDRG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDRG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,871 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDRG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NDRG2_S338, NDRG2_T20, and NDRG2_T330. Each is linked with NDRG2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG2-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDRG2 versus NDRG2_S338 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
