NDRG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDRG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,730 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPPP2, HMGA1, and FAM3D. Each is linked with NDRG2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG2-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDRG2 versus TPPP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
