Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDRG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3927, ZFPL1, and CDT1. Each is linked with NDRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG2-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3927 grouped by NDRG2-low versus NDRG2-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
