Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDRG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, Tuberin_pT1462, and ASNS. Each is linked with NDRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG2-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG2 results are reported.
