NDOR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDOR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,967 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP21, S100A9, and MST1P2. Each is linked with NDOR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDOR1-to-partner and partner-to-NDOR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
