NDFIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDFIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,614 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDFIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM26, COG3, and SUGT1. Each is linked with NDFIP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-NDFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDFIP2 versus RBM26 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
