NDFIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDFIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 336 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDFIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOV, ANAPC15, and NME1-NME2. Each is linked with NDFIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-NDFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RHOV grouped by NDFIP2-low versus NDFIP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
