NDFIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDFIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDFIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, C-Raf, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with NDFIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-NDFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by NDFIP2-low versus NDFIP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
