Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDFIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,317 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDFIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXL3, TM9SF2, and CLN5. Each is linked with NDFIP2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-NDFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDFIP2 versus FBXL3 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
