NDFIP1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDFIP1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,430 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDFIP1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3C2G, PLCZ1, and CAPZA3. Each is linked with NDFIP1P1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDFIP1P1-to-partner and partner-to-NDFIP1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDFIP1P1 versus PIK3C2G in CESC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDFIP1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDFIP1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
