NDFIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDFIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,911 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDFIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1191, RNF14, and RUFY1. Each is linked with NDFIP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDFIP1-to-partner and partner-to-NDFIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDFIP1 versus KIAA1191 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDFIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDFIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
