Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDFIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,417 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDFIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGS2, ZNF319, and CCDC134. Each is linked with NDFIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDFIP1-to-partner and partner-to-NDFIP1 results are reported.
