NDE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,650 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-262P, TSPY2, and RNU6-801P. Each is linked with NDE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDE1-to-partner and partner-to-NDE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-262P grouped by NDE1-low versus NDE1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
