Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,102 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, Mitotic spindle midzone assembly, and Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with NDE1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDE1-to-partner and partner-to-NDE1 results are reported.
