The most reproducible NDC80-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MKI67_S2528, MKI67_S357, and MKI67_S374. Each is linked with NDC80 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDC80-to-partner and partner-to-NDC80 results are reported.
