NDC80

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDC80 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 32,983 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDC80-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, TFDP1_S23, and WDHD1. Each is linked with NDC80 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDC80-to-partner and partner-to-NDC80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDC80 versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDC80→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDC80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
