Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,010 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear pore localization, Sister chromatid cohesion, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with NDC1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDC1-to-partner and partner-to-NDC1 results are reported.
