NDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNASE1L3, MYL2, and IFNA6. Each is linked with NDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDC1-to-partner and partner-to-NDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNASE1L3 grouped by NDC1-low versus NDC1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
