NCS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,640 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1B_S614, PLAU, and C1S. Each is linked with NCS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCS1-to-partner and partner-to-NCS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCS1 versus MAP1B_S614 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
