Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,159 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP1, TUBB6, and MFAP2. Each is linked with NCS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCS1-to-partner and partner-to-NCS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCS1 versus BMP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
