Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,726 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL237P, NTF6G, and SNORD115-21. Each is linked with NCS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCS1-to-partner and partner-to-NCS1 results are reported.
