Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 116 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-73P, NUP210P2, and ARHGEF7-IT1. Each is linked with NCR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCR3-to-partner and partner-to-NCR3 results are reported.
