Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NCR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NCR2 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher NCR2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NCR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, SARC, and SKCM are the cancer types where NCR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
